My name is Emily, a hobbyist writer, editor and reviewer for various visual novels, mostly those from or near the fantasy-romance genre. I am a hugely avid fan of dark and gory stories, especially those that are able to mix in romance as well! Did I also mention that I sort of am a masochist, and love characters who happen to be sadists inside and out?

Some of my favorite visual novels are along the lines of “Amnesia: Memories”, “Ozmafia!!”, and some other visual novels made for free that were my favorites are, “Nusantara: Legend of the Winged Ones” by SweetChiel. I also enjoy short, cute and fluffy/romantic games as well, somewhere along the lines of “Lads in Distress” by Catfish Crew, “RE:Alistair++” by Sake Visual and “Heartbaked” by Gourmet Visual.

Did I also say that I am starting to gain a considerable interest towards the BL or yaoi genre? Welcome me there, because I am. Many thanks to a certain visual novel that I ran into by accident on Tumblr.

As a reviewer, I like to be detailed and record what happens throughout the story (for really long games, I usually split it into a few parts). So, there will be spoilers, but you can choose to skip the spoilers if you so wish and just skip to the conclusion, or final thoughts.

Personally, many people describe me as random (in a good way, of course). Also, kind, as per everybody, hopefully.
